Session Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

For Clients (Users)Session Rescheduling

‍Users can reschedule your session by accessing your account on the Humann App, based on the following:

  • Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling between 24 to 4 hours before the session will incur a ₹650 + taxes charge.
  • Rescheduling is not allowed within 4 hours of the session start time.
  • Each session can only be rescheduled once.
  • Once rescheduled, a session cannot be canceled or rescheduled again.
  • Session cancellation is not available.

No-Show Policy

  • No-shows are not eligible for reschedule or refund.

For TherapistsSession Rescheduling‍

Therapists may request to reschedule a session under the following conditions:

  • If the request is made more than 24 hours in advance, no penalty will be applied.
  • If the request is made within 24 hours of the session, a penalty of 40% of the session fee will be deducted.
  • A therapist can only reschedule a session once.
  • Frequent short-notice rescheduling may lead to internal review.
  • Session cancellation is not available. For any exceptional changes, therapists must notify the Humann team directly.

No-Show Policy

  • A therapist is marked as a no-show if they fail to join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
  • First No-Show: Results in a warning and a deduction of 50% of the previous session fee. The user receives a full refund.
  • Second No-Show: Results in a deduction of 100% of the previous session fee. The user receives a full refund.
  • Third No-Show: The therapist will be blacklisted from the platform. 100% of the previous session fee will be deducted, and the user receives a full refund.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the user’s payment method and banking partner.
  • The No-Show policy may be subject to exceptions in cases of emergencies or unavoidable situations, if informed in a timely manner. Humann reserves the right to evaluate such cases on a discretionary basis.
  • All penalties for therapists are deducted from future payouts.
  • All fees and penalties are inclusive of applicable taxes.
